Callais Counseling
Jen Callais, LCPC

Welcome!
I am a Montana State Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I earned a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Related Services from Montana State University Billings and a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. I provide therapy to adolescents ages 11 and up, adults, families, and couples experiencing a variety of symptoms and issues.
Prior to private practice, my counseling experience included school and community based programs, day treatment, residential treatment and crisis centers. I have provided individual, group and family therapy in these settings. I believe that the client and counselor relationship is essential in bringing upon growth and change. I provide an environment where clients will feel safe, heard and supported. I use a variety of techniques and therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),

Person-Centered, Trauma Informed, and Solution Focused. I have received training and/or certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART). I have extensive experience in providing services to individuals experiencing anxiety, complex trauma, depression, post-traumatic stress, negative self-worth, grief, attention issues and oppositional or defiant behaviors, as well as, child-parent relational problems.
I find great purpose in supporting others through all of life's ups and downs.
